Job Summary :

We are seeking an architect-level ServiceNow Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in workflow development across various modules. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge and implementation experience in enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of scalable ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations aligned with business objectives.
Achieve architectural excellence by implementing solutions leveraging ServiceNow modules including App Engine Enterprise, ITSM Pro / Plus, HRSD Pro, Integration Hub Starter, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and ITOM.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into efficient ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and consultants.

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.

Proven hands-on expertise with ServiceNow modules including App Engine Enterprise, ITSM Pro / Plus, HRSD Pro, WSD Pro, Integration Hub Starter, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and ITOM.

Strong understanding of CMDB, service catalog, and knowledge management.

Familiarity with ServiceNow's Generative AI features is highly desirable.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
