Senior Engineer Plant Maintenance - Crankcase

Diploma or Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Should have a strong knowledge of all the mechanical components found in machines such as Turning, Vertical Machining Centres (VMC), Horizontal Machining Centres (HMC), and Grinding machines.

In addition, a strong working knowledge of machine hydraulic and pneumatic systems is essential.

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics diagrams.

Review & Monitor performance of the line / section.

Establish job priorities and time frames for personal reporting to him.

Minimize the Breakdown loss on machine / equipment in respective area by breakdown analysis. Maintain machine history cards.

Plan and execute Planned, Preventive, and Predicative Maintenance Activities for machines and equipment’s.

Implementation of IMS Objectives, Targets & Programmes.
