Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Facebook Ads Specialist) to take full ownership of our Facebook advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns to drive measurable results and revenue growth. While the role is focused on Facebook Ads, a working knowledge of other platforms (Google, Snapchat, Affiliate Marketing, etc.) will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to achieve performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).

Develop and execute end-to-end paid strategies across Meta platforms—prospecting, retargeting, and retention.

Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure ad creatives and copies align with brand tone and objectives.

Continuously test new audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance.

Track budgets, monitor daily spend, and ensure campaigns stay within performance and cost parameters.

Report campaign results, insights, and recommendations to management.

Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.

Support cross-platform strategy discussions (Google, Snapchat, Affiliates) to contribute to the brand’s overall growth.

Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing with a strong focus on Facebook Ads.

Proven experience managing significant ad spends and delivering measurable results.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel / Sheets.

Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, or affiliate marketing is an added advantage.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for ad copy and visual appeal.

Self-starter attitude with the ability to take full ownership of the platform and drive outcomes.
