Backend Engineer

Job Description

Role : Backend Engineer

Experience : 1–3 Years

Location : Surat (Onsite)

Responsibilities :

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services.

Work on real-time communication (RTC) & socket-based systems for high-performance applications.

Develop APIs and microservices using Node.js / Golang / Rust .

Ensure performance, reliability, and security of backend systems.

Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and product teams for smooth integration.

Debug, optimize, and improve system performance.

(Good to have) Work with AWS Cloud & DevOps practices for deployment and automation.

Requirements :

Bachelor / Master’s in Computer Science or related field.

1–3 years of experience in backend development.

Strong knowledge of at least one backend language : Node.js, Golang, or Rust .

Experience with WebRTC, sockets, or real-time communication systems .

Good understanding of database systems (SQL / NoSQL).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and DevOps tools / processes is a plus.
