Job description

As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of highly scalable web and backend applications.

The successful candidate will design and implement automated tests for web (Playwright / Selenium) and API-based solutions, leveraging their knowledge of Java or JavaScript programming languages.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for web and API testing using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
  • Design and implement test strategies, test cases, and plans based on technical and business requirements.
  • Automate API testing to validate performance and functionality.
  • Perform regression testing and identify bugs through systematic and exploratory testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficient issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in test automation for web and API applications.
  • Proficiency in Java or JavaScript programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with web testing frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with API automation tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured) and a good understanding of REST APIs.
