ServiceNow GRC Consultant - IT Audit

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow GRC modules, including :
• Policy and Compliance Management
• Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor Risk Management
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow GRC configurations.
• Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts as needed.
• Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third-party tools and systems.
• Perform system administration tasks and regular platform maintenance.
• Create detailed documentation including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, audit, ITSM, and compliance teams.
