Job descriptionExpert-level Python for data science and web development. Strong React and modern JavaScript experience. RESTful API development and web services. Database technologies and SQL programming. Docker containerization and deployment practices. Cloud platforms experience (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP). Generative AI implementation and prompt engineering. CI / CD pipelines and DevOps for AI / ML deployment. Big data technologies (Azure Synapse, Spark, Science & Analytics Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling. Data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch). Business experiments design and hypothesis testing. Data visualization (Power BI Responsibilities Lead and mentor Data Scientists and AI Engineers. Act as a technical leader, developing. Conduct performance reviews and create development plans. Foster innovation and technical excellence culture. Recruit and onboard team Strategy & Delivery Define technical roadmaps for AI initiatives. Oversee end-to-end AI application development. Ensure integration between data science models and production systems. Guide generative AI implementation and best & Project Management : Partner with Global Data & AI teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Oversee multiple concurrent projects from concept to production. Implement agile methodologies for diverse project & Technology : Stay current with AI technologies, especially generative AI and full stack development. Guide experimentation with new : Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related STEM field required.

- Outstanding communication skills with technical and non-technical Leadership
- 7+ years of progressive experience in AI / ML, data science, or full stack development.
- Experience leading teams delivering end-to-end applications.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with generative AI Technical Skills
