Content Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.Content Creation : Research, write, and edit high-quality, SEO-optimised blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and other content formats to attract and engage the target audience.Content Management : Manage the company's blog and other owned content channels to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with different teams (Product, Design, HR) to create impactful content that reflects HungerBox's brand voice, values, and messaging.Online Reputation Management : Monitor and manage the company's online presence across review platforms, social media, and forums; respond to customer feedback promptly, maintain a positive brand image, and develop strategies to strengthen the company's reputation online.Visual Content : Collaborate with designers and multimedia specialists to create infographics, videos, and imagery for campaigns.Performance Tracking : Monitor content performance, analyse results, and refine strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.Industry Trends : Stay updated on the latest content marketing trends, best practices, and industry insights.Preferred Qualification :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.Experience : Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or content marketing professional.Skills :
