Civil Estimation Engineer

1. Review of Tender docs to understand discipline tech. SoW

2. Co-ordinate with Engineering for MTOs, BOQs & MRs

3. Prepare & present analysis of work quantities to proposal lead

4. Participate in Site visits & identify critical aspects of execution

5. Prepare first principle resource & cost estimates

6. Prepare Subcontract RFQs for various civil & building Works

8. Evaluate quotations, hold clarifications, benchmarking of Subcontract prices / analyze, negotiation & finalize Subcontract Costs.

9. coordinate with various departments for technical / cost inputs.

10. contribute in constructability reviews

11. Risk identification and prepare mitigation plans

12. Time schedule analysis and support planning team

13. Compilation of complete discipline costs for review

14. Prepare Benchmarking comparison / analysis of costs

15. Maintain Cost database of executed projects and bids.
