Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Sales Trainer to enhance the capabilities of our sales team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between product expertise and client-facing performance. The position includes classroom training hands-on product demonstrations and field coaching across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver technical training programs (virtual and in-person) for the sales team.

Accompany sales personnel for on-site client visits and product demonstrations.

Identify knowledge gaps and conduct targeted coaching sessions.

Create and update training materials such as manuals product guides and demo kits.

Stay informed on industry trends construction norms and competitor offerings.

Align technical training programs with sales performance goals and KPIs.

Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to support regional scalability.

Share actionable insights with leadership based on field observations and team evaluations.

Preferred Product Knowledge

Familiarity with building material products (WPC doors windows etc.) is highly preferred.

Experience in the doors and windows industry will be considered an added advantage.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

2 5 years of experience in technical training sales enablement or product demonstration

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts

Hands-on experience with sales teams architects and contractors

Proficient in MS PowerPoint Excel and CRM tools

Willingness to travel regularly for field visits and training sessions

Qualifications : Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience in supporting C-suite executives or board-level stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
