We’re now reimagining every touchpoint—from our app to the web, from fraud alerts to brand identity—and we’re hiring a Senior UI / UX Designer to help shape that future.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior UI / UX Designer who can translate complex AI-driven security features into simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences. You’ll lead end-to-end design across mobile, dashboards, and enterprise platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX / UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards
  • Simplify complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users
  • Translate AI / ML security features into usable, human-centered interfaces
  • Define, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
  • Design for both B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators) use cases
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma / Framer / Rive / Miro / Adobe CC
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, AI / ML, and marketing teams
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decision

Experience

  • 8–12 years in UI / UX or product design (preferably in startups / SaaS)
  • Proven track record shipping both B2C products (consumer-facing apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco / banking systems)
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design delivery
  • Bonus : Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention

    • Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive,
  • Proficiency in motion / interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics / UX testing tools (Hotjar or similar)
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devices

    • Soft Skills

  • Strong eye for detail, micro-interactions, and system thinking
  • Empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
  • Excellent collaboration and communication in distributed teams

    • Qualifications

  • Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar
  • Portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies
  • Bonus : Certifications in AI UX, behavioural design, or data visualization
