Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated English Educator to support the academic development of student-athletes. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to integrate English instruction with athletic schedules, and a commitment to helping athletes excel both academically and in their respective sports. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering literacy skills, critical thinking, and effective communication in student-athletes while ensuring their educational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English Language and Literature for Grades 10–12 across multiple educational boards but a small group.
• Prepare students for board-level assessments.
• Design and deliver English communication and public speaking modules, tailored to the needs of IIS athletes.
• Classify athletes based on proficiency and create structured sessions accordingly.
• Focus on qualitative and quantitative outcomes in communication skill-building
• Contribute to the IIS Newsletter – content creation, editing, and mentoring
• Guide and prepare athletes for debates, media engagements, emceeing, and other institutional events
