Executive Housekeeper

Job descriptionLead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain operational excellence. Implement staff schedules and ensure optimal workforce deployment. Address team concerns and resolve conflicts effectively. Ensure prompt and courteous handling of guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping. Coordinate with front office and other departments for seamless service delivery. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Maintain records of inspections and housekeeping reports. Minimum 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in 5-star luxury properties. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Pleasant personality with professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Proven leadership abilities in managing large teams and operations. Immediate joiners preferred.
