Junior Accountant – IT / Software Export Operations

What We Are Looking For :

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in an IT / software export or service-based organization.
  • Basic understanding of salary accounting, PF, ESIC, TDS, GST, and Softex documentation.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally Prime, or similar tools.
  • Strong learning attitude with the ability to assist and support senior accountants in daily accounting and compliance activities.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven accounting environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Senior Accountant in recording and managing daily accounting entries — invoices, receipts, expenses, and payment transactions.
  • Support in salary processing, PF / ESIC calculations, and payroll coordination under supervision.
  • Help in preparing and reconciling TDS payments, GST workings, and Softex filings for export transactions.
  • Maintain accounting books using accounting software (Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Tally Prime) as guided by the senior team.
  • Assist with vendor invoice management, payment tracking, and bank reconciliations, including foreign currency receipts (USD / EUR).
  • Help organize audit-ready documentation, statutory filings, and month-end financial closures.
  • Collaborate closely with the senior accountant and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate accounting operations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 1–3 years of experience in general accounting, payroll, or statutory compliance (preferably IT / ITES export business).
  • Working knowledge of Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally Prime, or similar tools, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy in data handling, and ability to follow structured accounting workflows.
  • A positive, learning-focused attitude with readiness to assist in end-to-end accounting processes under guidance.
