We provide holistic support, including consultations with nutritionists, gynecologists, fitness experts, and mental therapists, to alleviate the impact of untreatable lifestyle diseases on women's lives. Our goal is to address women's comprehensive health needs by integrating menstrual hygiene, physical and mental wellness, and cosmetic skin and hair care requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Content Creation :  Conceptualise, film, and edit engaging, on-brand content (videos, graphics, posts) for platforms like Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
  • Community Management :  Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community, ensuring our brand feels authentic and responsive.
  • Strategy & Trend Scouting :  Stay ahead of the curve. Identify emerging social media trends, platforms, and features to keep Femease innovative and relevant.
  • Campaign Support :  Assist the Marketing team in executing campaigns for new features, products, or brand initiatives.
  • Analytics :  Help track key performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and provide insights to improve future content.

Who You Are (Must-Haves) :

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • A natural fluency with TikTok and Instagram—you know what content  actually  goes viral.
  • Proven ability to create and edit video content (even if it's just on your phone!).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.

    • Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves) :

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
  • A genuine interest in women's health, wellness, or tech.
  • Prior experience managing a small social media account (personal or professional).
