Experienced in the development of recyclers and providing technical support to enhance process efficiency. Specialized in Substances of Concern (SOC) management, with hands-on experience in material analysis, regulatory compliance, and automotive environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

• Recyclers Development & Process Improvement
• Lead initiatives to develop recyclers and enhance recycling process efficiency.
• Provide technical support for sustainable material handling.
• Regulatory Compliance (SOC Management)
• Manage and control SOC in line with EU REACH, AIS-129, POPs, RoHS, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct SOC Management System Audits for suppliers.
• Perform RRR SOC Calculations for vehicles as per industry standards.
• Hazardous Material Analysis
• Use International Material Data System (IMDS) for analyzing hazardous materials and data reporting.
• Recycling Process Knowledge
• Well-versed in recycling regulations related to End-of-Life Vehicles, Li-ion Batteries, E-waste, Used Oils, Plastic Packaging, etc.
• Materials & Standards
• Basic knowledge of automobile-specific raw materials.
• Familiarity with material standards: ISO, JIS, DIN, IS related to lab testing.
• Software Skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
