Travel Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Brief JD :

• Work for international travel process.
• Engaged in handling calls Inbound Calls For US, Canada, and Australia Travel Processes.
• Booking customers' flight tickets and converting query calls via email, chat or call as assigned.
• Offering Customer support whenever it's needed.
• Candidates with prior calling experience are preferred.
• Hired candidates will undergo training which is required to guide customers about international flight ticket booking. The training also involves learning Amadeus software.
• We cater to USA, Canadian, and Australian customers.
• For freshers, the salary starts from 15000 (plus incentives and cab facility). The final offer depends on the candidate's interview.
• For experienced the salary depends on the experience, skills, and competence.

Note : It's a night shift process so only the candidates comfortable working in night shifts should apply.

Ideal candidate :

a) Candidates with little prior Tele-calling / sales or customer support experience (preferably in some international process)- 6 months minimum will work.

b) Freshers with good communication skills, sales potential, and fluency in English.
