We're looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer  for our Client - a system integrator and turnkey tech provider to Indian government programs .

As our CFO, you will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of our company , contributing to the development of our financial and operational strategy, KPIs, and the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system .

As the CFO, your responsibilities would be :

• Financial Strategy : Drive overall financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support business growth.
• Budgeting & Analysis : Lead annual budget preparation, variance analysis, and performance reporting to senior management.
• Operations & Controls : Oversee accounting, cash flow, internal controls, and ensure robust financial governance.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations : Manage fundraise processes, banking relationships, credit appraisals, and investor communication.
• Risk & Cost Management : Mitigate financial risks, optimize capital allocation, and drive cost efficiency.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and statutory requirements.
• CSR & Governance : Oversee CSR fund utilization, documentation, audits, and compliance frameworks.
