Job description

We’re looking for a Content Strategy Intern to support growth across YouTube, Instagram, and podcasts. If you’re curious about how content drives audience growth, love storytelling, and enjoy working across creative and analytical tasks — this is for you.

What You’ll Do :

  • Content Research & Strategy : Assist in planning and brainstorming strategies to grow YouTube and Instagram organically.
  • Content Creation : Support with scripting engaging videos and podcasts, and help repurpose them across formats.
  • Production Coordination : Work with editors and freelancers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Podcast Support : Help with scripting, episode planning, and repurposing snippets for social media.
  • Analytics & Optimization : Track content performance, use AI tools, and suggest improvements based on insights.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong interest in content creation, social media, and storytelling.
  • Basic understanding of YouTube, Instagram, or podcast platforms.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Bonus : Familiarity with AI tools or content analytics platforms.
