About the Role :

We are seeking a Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to drive the planning and delivery of critical digital transformation initiatives at Knowbal, including a complete website rebuild and the implementation of an AI-powered internal knowledge assistant.

This role is best suited for someone who understands how software, AI, and digital platforms work but is more focused on leading, coordinating, and managing delivery partners rather than writing code. You will be responsible for translating ideas into results by defining technical outcomes, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution through external vendors and solution providers.

What You Will Deliver in the First 12 Months :

• Oversee the end-to-end rebuild of Knowbals public-facing website (UX, design, content, development) by managing external vendors.
• Design and manage the delivery of an AI-powered knowledge assistant capable of answering staff queries based on internal documents, policies, and templates, leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or custom GPT APIs.
• Identify and execute new digital projects (AI, automation, integrations) that enhance operational efficiency, security, and collaboration across the organization.
