Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sangli for a Food Production Team Member. The Food Production Team Member will be responsible for food safety adherence, food preparation, and food processing. Day-to-day tasks will include handling raw materials, following recipes and production protocols, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet production targets and reporting any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety standards
• Experience in Agribusiness and Food Processing
• Skills in Food Preparation
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food safety or related fields are a plus
• Prior experience in a food production environment is advantageous
