As a US Onboarding Specialist your roles and responsibilities will be as below :
Role and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions and training programs.
- Ensure timely completion of background checks, employment eligibility (I-9, E-Verify), and other compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase.
- Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to ensure all systems, tools, and access are ready before the start date.
- Maintain accurate employee record on CRM.
- Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance employee experience and retention.
What are we looking for :
Bachelor’s degree.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US compliance.Should have extensive experience working on complianceStrong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
