International Telesales Executive

Job descriptionService Promotion : Promote and market the company’s offerings to international clients. Client Consultation : Collaborate with clients to understand their website goals, target audience, and competitive landscape. Custom Marketing Plans : Create and implement personalized web marketing strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives. Recommendations : Advise on website design, content creation, social media strategies, and SEO techniques. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any concerns. Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the industry to offer clients the most effective and relevant solutions. B2B Website Process : Work on business-to-business website development and marketing processes. Outbound Process : Engage in outbound marketing efforts to attract and convert leads. Shift Hours : 8 : 00 PM to 5 : 30 AM (Night Shift Only) Work Schedule : Monday to Friday (Weekends : Saturday & Sunday off) Compensation : ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives Educational Requirements : Minimum of a higher secondary education (12th grade). Communication : Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with team members. Negotiation & Persuasion : Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Experience : Freshers are welcome, but prior experience in web-related processes is preferred.
