Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, tempering, and molding of chocolates and pastries with precision and care.
- Execute recipes with accuracy, adhering to the standards and techniques set by the kitchen.
- Maintain an organized and hygienic workstation, upholding industry best practices.
- Support packaging and quality control to ensure that every product meets Ether’s uncompromising standards.
- Work with efficiency, focus, and a willingness to refine technique under the guidance of senior chefs.
