Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Executive to join our team in Lucknow India. As an integral part of our food and beverage operations you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our dining experiences ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and driving operational excellence.

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of food and beverage operations across our outlets
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Oversee menu planning pricing and cost control measures to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Train mentor and motivate F&B staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create exciting and locally-inspired menu offerings
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in F&B operations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends with a focus on local cuisine and dining preferences in Lucknow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for service quality and presentation
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and motivation
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP principles
  • Experience in menu planning cost control and budgeting
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of Indian hospitality standards and practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving customer satisfaction
  • Additional Information :

    3-4 year of experience in branded hotels.
