Job Title : Assistant - Brand Management

Location : Bhubaneswar (In Office)

Requirements

Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and engage the target audience.

Assist in monitoring KPIs, generating reports to track brand growth, and identifying areas for improvement.

Contribute to the creation of compelling and on-brand content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and advertising materials.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for brand innovation.

Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand's visual and creative identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

As an assistant, support the development and execution of the company's PR strategy, involving research, objective setting, audience identification, message creation, channel selection, media relations, and ongoing monitoring for a positive brand image and robust public relations presence.

Help manage the brand budget, monitoring expenses related to marketing campaigns and ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.

Assist in creating engaging content for media releases, social media platforms, and newsletters, as well as updating and maintaining the company’s social media pages.

Utilize data and analytics tools to track the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Educational & Skills Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in public relations, communication, brand management, or marketing.

Excellent understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Efficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good research and analytical skills.

The ability to prioritize your workload and keep to strict content deadlines.

Willingness to attend corporate events after hours and on weekends.

Strong knowledge of copywriting and editing.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
