Job Description

Job Title            - Conga CPQ Technical Architect

Experience       - 4 – 10 Years

Location            - PAN India

Notice               - Immediate to 15 days

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead the  design, architecture, and technical implementation  of Conga CPQ solutions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into  scalable and high-performing CPQ solutions .
  • Define and enforce  best practices, coding standards, and design patterns  for CPQ development.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end  Quote-to-Cash (QTC)  solutions.
  • Configure and customize  pricing, product catalog, discounting, approvals, and workflows  within Conga CPQ.
  • Guide and mentor developers on  Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integration practices .
  • Drive  performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization  of CPQ applications.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including  solution design, integration architecture, and deployment strategy .

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 4–6 years of IT experience  with strong exposure to  Conga CPQ  (minimum 3 years hands-on).
  • Proven expertise in  Conga CPQ configuration & customization  – pricing rules, bundles, advanced approvals, and workflows.
  • Solid experience with  Salesforce platform  – Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong understanding of  Salesforce data model, security model, and API / integration frameworks .
  • Hands-on experience in  designing scalable CPQ architecture  for enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Conga CPQ certification .
  • Salesforce  Platform Developer / Architect certification .
  • Knowledge of  Conga CLM, Conga Composer, and e-signature tools .
  • Prior experience leading  end-to-end CPQ transformation projects .
