Qualifications

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.

Certification in TPM, Lean, Automation Systems, or Maintenance Management is a plus.

Required Skills

Deep understanding of solar module manufacturing machinery & automated systems.

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronics engineering principles.

Expertise in handling high-precision, automated production lines.

Excellent troubleshooting, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.

Leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple production lines.

Preferred Skills

18 Years of experience in Maintenance within a Solar Module or similar high-speed automated manufacturing plant.

Proven ability to manage end-to-end maintenance operations, team leadership, and process improvement.
