Learn more about Risk Advisory Practice Your work profile As a Consultant in our Internal Audit Team, you’ll build and nurturepositive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed clientexpectations : - Jobdescription Deloitte India is lookingfor an Internal Audit professional with experience of having done prior audits in the Manufacturing sector for a Managerial role. The placement will be in the InternalAudit Market Offering(part of Risk Advisory) which covers Operational Reviews, Development of SOPs, Policy Compliance, Process and Controls Advisory including IFC testing for various sectors covering Life Science and Health Care, Consumer & Industrial Products, and Infrastructure. The professional would be exposedto working on diversified cross-functional teams in the given area of specialization. Preferred background : Working with any of the Big 4 / Large consulting firms and havingexperience in internalaudits of manufacturing clients Candidates from the industry, should preferably have experience in working with the compliance / internal audit / risk management function / operations department of the above- mentioned entities. Strong knowledge of processes and systems in their respective area of operations Strong knowledge and understanding of risks across Operational areas. Should have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects including experience in Managing teams. Roles & Responsibilities : Leading / executionof Internal Audit / Advisory engagements Responsible for end-to-end delivery including supervising and reviewing engagement teams. Coordination with otherservice lines within the firm for internal opportunities Establishing strong professional relationships with externalclients and internalteam members Supporting the partnersin driving selectclient relationships of the firm. Taking the lead and responsibility on internal practiceimprovement initiatives relatingto quality, risk, people, etc. Developing and mentoringteams Expected to work from client’slocation / office. Skills Required : High on integrity and a self-driven / proactive work attitude to deliver resultswithin tight deadlines and in demanding situations. Strong presentation and negotiation skills Ability to developand build a client base. Excellent written, and verbal communication with presentation and team management skills Strong problem-solving skillspaired with the ability to develop creativeand efficient solutions Ability to manage clientexpectations through effectivecommunication, technical knowledge, and responsiveness.
