The Showroom Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations and driving sales through effective customer engagement, product demonstrations, and relationship management. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a premium service mindset to represent the brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end showroom operations, including sales, customer experience, and upkeep of the showroom.
- Engage with walk-in customers, architects, designers, and premium clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Coordinate and schedule showroom demos for customers in collaboration with the regional sales team.
- Support the sales team by preparing the showroom for client visits, events, and presentations.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase automation and lighting solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of daily footfall, inquiries, quotations, and sales in CRM systems.
- Ensure the showroom's visual presentation aligns with brand guidelines and enhances customer experience.
- Assist the sales leadership team during client visits, events, and product launches conducted at the showroom.
- Actively participate in event planning and execution — including showroom-based events, product launches, and architect engagement programs.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the backend team for replenishments and display updates.

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business / Marketing / Electrical / Electronics or related fields.4–8 years of experience in a showroom or direct B2C / B2B sales — preferably in automation, lighting, or premium lifestyle products.Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.Proven experience in handling walk-in clients and converting inquiries into sales.Ability to manage the showroom independently with ownership and attention to detail.Comfortable working on weekends (weekly off on weekdays as per business need).Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Skills Required
