Job Title : Purchase Manager – Retail Pharmacy

Location : Pollachi, Coimbatore

Job Summary :

The Purchase Manager will handle all purchase-related operations for the pharmacy division — analyzing stock requirements using ERP, placing orders with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery. The role also involves managing store sales activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze stock levels and sales data in ERP to determine required order quantities.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate with multiple vendors for timely supply.
• Maintain accurate purchase and delivery records in the ERP system.
• Follow up on delayed or incomplete deliveries and resolve supply issues.
• Negotiate prices and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Verify product quality, batch numbers, and expiry dates upon receipt.
• Support store operations and sales after completing purchase tasks.

Requirements :

Job Type : Full-time

Work Hours : 10 AM to 8 PM
