We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to lead business architecture and process modeling for Pega-based solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective Pega implementations. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Pega best practices to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead business discovery and process design workshops with stakeholders.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and Pega case structures .
- Collaborate with Pega System Architects and UI / UX teams to ensure business-aligned design.
- Develop and maintain use cases, user stories, process flows, and decision tables .
- Serve as the liaison between business and IT to ensure the successful delivery of Pega solutions.
- Assist in roadmap development and prioritization of business needs.
- Ensure alignment with Pega best practices, guardrails , and governance standards.
Skills Required :
Strong understanding of Pega rules, case lifecycle, decisioning, and integration capabilities .Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.The Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification is preferred.Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub, Pega CLM / KYC , or Customer Service is a plus.Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio , and BPMN is a plus.Exposure to domains like BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecom is a plus.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Skills Required
