About the Role : We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused  Clinic Manager  to oversee the daily operations of our skin & aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, an understanding of client servicing, and the ability to manage staff, resources, and customer experience while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities : Clinic Operations :  Manage end-to-end daily operations ensuring smooth patient flow and clinic efficiency.

Customer Experience :  Ensure premium service delivery and patient satisfaction at every touchpoint. Handle escalations and resolve client concerns.

Sales & Revenue :  Work with doctors and the front desk team to achieve monthly targets, upsell / cross-sell treatments, and drive repeat business.

Team Management :  Supervise, train, and motivate front desk staff, therapists, and support staff for excellent service standards.

Inventory & Supplies :  Monitor and manage stock levels for consumables, medicines, and equipment.

Compliance & Standards :  Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene, safety, and legal requirements.

Marketing & Promotions :  Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions, events, influencer tie-ups, and referral programs.

Reporting :  Prepare weekly / monthly reports on revenue, patient feedback, staff performance, and operational improvements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications : Graduate / Postgraduate in  Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management  or related field.

Prior experience in  aesthetic / dermatology / healthcare / wellness / hospitality industry  preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.

Tech-savvy with knowledge of  CRM / Clinic management software .
