Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an IT Talent Acquisition Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience to start or build their career in recruitment. You’ll support the end-to-end hiring process for IT roles across the organization and work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives (e.g., job postings, social media updates, and career fairs).
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies when needed.
- Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
