The HR Placement Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with corporate partners, arranging student placement drives, and preparing students for interviews and career opportunities. This role also involves coordinating with trainers to ensure students meet industry expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong corporate relations to secure placement opportunities for
- students.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.
- Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills development
- Coordinate with trainers to assess student skill levels and readiness for placements
- Maintain placement records and prepare periodic reports for management
- Arrange guest lectures, industrial visits, and career counseling sessions
- Track industry trends and align training programs with market needs
