Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for a Service Delivery Specialist in the manufacturing domain. The selected candidate will oversee and manage service delivery processes, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations. They will be responsible for analyzing and improving service delivery performance, addressing client requests, ensuring timely execution of services, and proactively addressing challenges. Effective collaboration with clients and internal teams will be key to delivering seamless service experiences.

• Adaptability, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing domain is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
