Revenue Sharing Structure :

Bring your own clients? (Required for the first 3 months before getting the opportunity to work on other requirements)

→ You earn 75% , Olibr keeps 25%

Work on jobs posted by other recruiters?

→ You earn 35% , job owner earns 40%
