Job description

Apply only if you agree to these terms :

  • It comes with first 3months of training. During Training - we won't be paying you, and we won't take anything from you in the name of training. However, we value our training and time that we will put is worth Rs 5Lakhs.
  • The three months of training will demand you to be at our office at Hyderabad, India as follows :
  • Three months of training will demand you to learn for yourself, we will have experienced people mentoring you.
  • Post 3months of training, you will go through 12-months of internship program and stipend will be as follows :
  • Fixed : 5k / mo (even if you only achieve 75% of your set goals.)
  • Performance based : Rs 5k / mo upon you complete your own set 100% monthly goals.
  • Earn Additional Rs 80k when you achieve any 100% of goals you will set for 12months.
  • After 3months training, and 12months of internship, after 15months, based on your performance, you will earn your offer to continue with us.

We have a SAAS product using which portals / directories like JustDial, UrbanClap, IndiaMart, launch their MVPs and even succeed.

Like if someone wish to launch their ecommerce site, they go to shopify... Shopify is a SAAS for ecommerce website to launch, ours is for directories / portals..

30k+ websites launched using our saas. Hundreds & Thousands of directories are our active clientele.

Here, in India, we do customizations based on our SaaS clients.

We need to build AI that can be used by our devs and AI (Agents & our traned models) can do the heavy lifting, while human in the loop.

You will prominently be developing set of tools / agents / models, that all together trained to work for us, be cost-effective, you will make and break, and ultimately build something that we can be proud of, and can vouch for you to the world.

Do NOT apply if :

  • you are looking to get an internship certificate. we won't take you if you are here for certificate.
  • you can't see value of and reason why, the initial 3months of training is needed.
  • you can't afford your expenses in Hyderabad during 12months internship for those months when you can't even achieve your own set goals

  • You will show us what needs to be done, and not other way around.
  • You already know and are really good at any tech stack.
  • You will self-learn and try to get solid on Bootstrap3, Html, Css, JS, PHP, MySql, atleast whatever you can, so when you are into our training, it becomes faster for you to grab.

    • Role Description

    This full-time, on-site role for an AI and Automation Enthusiast (BL Traineeship + Internship) is located in Hyderabad. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing process automation, troubleshooting automation systems, creating and executing test cases, and ensuring quality assurance. The role also involves collaborating with team members to improve system efficiency and overall business processes.

    Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

    A : AI powered Product Dev Team by 2026.

  • Learning our CMS on which 30k websites are powered, entrepreneurs launch their MVPs of directories or classifieds like JustDial or UrbanClap.
  • Create documentation for AI Brain in making.
  • Make AI to help build front-end themes at scale so our clients can use more pre-designed themes.
  • Make AI to help build features (full backend) of our product customizations at scale.
  • Make a Claude / AI agent chain of agents for making a custom vibe code agent, tester agent, and a chain of full agents for 50x our dev speed.

    • B : Powering 10k+ SMBs in India and abroad, automate and grow or transform.

  • Building AI agents or automation(without AI), to automate functions, systematize, while keeping a human touch where appropriate.

    • Enabling quality of life for humans at work, and they do more great works.

    You know and will teach us how to use AI, how you use AI, build AI Agents, build Automations, and win the chance of working with us and building something real while interning with us.

    Note : If you don't know anything and wish to learn here, this is not for you. Here, we will provide you with 3 months of training on our CMS, on business processes, etc, so that when you build AI and tools to help us during your internship, you understand our operations and systems.

    Qualifications

  • BTech and above >

    • 2024 passouts, 2025 passouts, and 2026 gonna-be-passout but has completed 4-1.

  • BSc., MSc., BCA, can apply.
  • Skills in Process Automation and Automation. If you don't have it, you can guarantee that given 5days you get it.
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and Test Cases
  • Quality Assurance skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
