Data Scientist - Machine Learning

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a results-driven Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy predictive models that solve complex business problems, focusing on customer behavior and personalization.

This role requires a strong blend of theoretical knowledge in Machine Learning and practical experience in deploying models in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify business problems that can be solved using Machine Learning and statistical modeling.
• Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions, from data extraction and feature engineering to model training and deployment.
• Develop, train, and evaluate predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) using Python libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch).
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and production readiness of models.
• Conduct A / B testing on deployed models and iterate based on performance metrics.
• Clearly communicate complex results and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
