Job Summary (J-AMO Lead)
Skills Required
Waterfall, Sap, Agile
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery to clients, ensuring compliance with standards and timelines.
- Possess strong knowledge of emerging technology trends, particularly in SAP.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and aligning expectations with all stakeholders.
- Define and manage service plans, including scope and delivery, guiding projects through initiation, execution, and closure.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), assess project health, ensure contractual compliance, and drive continuous service improvements.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the service delivery team, assigning responsibilities and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accuracy for all service delivery projects.
- Resolve issues, handle client escalations, and provide regular performance updates to management and clients.
- Demonstrate expertise in delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Activate), service-level agreements (SLAs), and KPI management.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
