Job Summary :

We are looking for motivated MBA graduates to join our team as Bid Manager Trainee . As a fresher, you will be trained to manage the entire bid process, from understanding client requirements to preparing and submitting winning proposals. You will work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure that bids are compliant, competitive, and compelling.

Qualifications :

Full-Time MBA and a BE / B.Tech (any specialization) or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior internship or project experience in sales / presales or bid management is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process for client proposals.

Collect and analyze information from sales, technical, finance, and delivery teams to prepare comprehensive bid documents.

Assist in developing winning bid strategies aligned with client needs and company capabilities.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, and regulatory guidelines in bids.

Prepare, review, and finalize proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.

Track bid timelines, milestones, and submission deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify bid-related queries and gather inputs.

Support post-submission activities such as clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Maintain an organized repository of bid documents and track bid outcomes.
