Chartered Accountant (Only 24h Left)

Opening with one of the leading Institute established by (SEBI) Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Position – Sr Executive / Manager- Finance & Accounts (Exact Designation to be determined based on candidate’s experience & role)

Location - Patalganga, Near Karjat & Panvel (about 60 KMs from the Mumbai airport on Mumbai-Pune Express Highway)

Qualification – Must be Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)

Experience – Min 5 Years post CA

Functions and responsibilities :

1. Ensuring timely remittances of statutory dues, filing necessary returns, issuance of certificates and compliance with all statutory requirements (especially under Income Tax, GST and Maharashtra Public Trust acts).

2. Ensuring proper accounting of receipts and timely processing of payments.

3. Ensuring proper settlement of claims to and from all counterparties.

4. Allocation of surplus / expenses to the corpus funds.

5. Ensuring that the financial delegation is followed.

6. Preparing quarterly accounts and final accounts.

7. Operation of bank accounts and Investment management.

8. Preparing Annual and Monthly Budgeting and MIS.

9. Co-ordinating with the auditors and resolving the queries.

Required Skill Set :

• Expertise in using accounting software- Tally Prime, MS Office and other (ERP)
• Systems to manage financial data and processes.
• Well versed with GST, TDS, PF, PT etc
• Good Analytic Ability.
• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Risk
• Management etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
