We are seeking a

Senior Digital Ads Analyst

to lead the optimisation of high-budget

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and sustained growth across our brands.

What You’ll Do

Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google & Meta platforms.

Analyse campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies.

Collaborate with creative, SEO, and product teams to align ad strategy with business goals.

Monitor and troubleshoot ad account issues, ensuring compliance with platform policies.

Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

4–6+ years of experience

managing large-scale Google & Meta ad campaigns.

Proven track record in scaling budgets while maintaining strong ROI.

Strong analytical skills with experience in A / B testing and conversion optimisation.

Advanced knowledge of tracking, attribution models, and audience segmentation.

Experience in multi-market campaigns is a plus.
