We're looking for an experienced

Program Cum Delivery Manager

to lead our Data & AI programs. If you have

15-18 years of experience

orchestrating complex projects, working with internal teams, external stakeholders, and technical experts, and you\'re fluent in Data & AI, we want to talk. You\'ll need to be someone who can innovate, solve tough problems, manage project finances, forecast revenue, and diligently oversee margins. Experience collaborating with operations on account health, and working with

global customers across EU, US, ME, and ASEAN regions

is crucial. You should also be comfortable diving into

data technology conversations.

What You\'ll Do :

Lead & Deliver Data & AI Programs :

Take charge of Data & AI programs from start to finish. Plan everything from scope to resources, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and meet client needs.

Manage People & Expectations :

Work effectively with everyone involved ¿ our internal teams (tech, sales, ops) and external folks (clients, partners). Keep everyone informed, manage expectations, and build strong relationships with our technical teams.

Handle Money & Margins :

Own the financial health of your programs. That means managing budgets, tracking costs, and most importantly, making accurate

revenue forecasts

and diligently managing

project margins

to keep things profitable.

Innovate & Solve Problems :

Don\'t just react; anticipate issues and effectively

solve escalated situations

to keep programs on track. Look for opportunities to innovate, improve processes, and use your Data & AI knowledge to propose smart solutions.

Work Globally & Operationally :

Partner with our operations team to track the

health of multiple accounts.

You\'ll need solid experience managing programs for

global customers

in places like

EU, US, ME, and ASEAN , understanding what makes those regions tick. Be comfortable having

deep data technology conversations

with experts.

What You\'ll Bring :

15-18 years of program / project management experience , specifically in Data & AI.

A solid grasp of

Data & AI concepts and the full lifecycle of data programs

(from getting data to deploying AI models).

Proven ability to manage

program finances, forecast revenue, and control margins.

A track record of

resolving tough situations

and complex program challenges.

Strong experience working with diverse

internal and external stakeholders.

Extensive experience managing projects for

global customers (EU, US, ME, ASEAN).

Comfortable and capable of engaging in

data technology conversations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.

Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP / Agile certification or a Master's is a plus.
