About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced accounting professional to join our finance team as  Senior Executive – Accounts .

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete spectrum of accounting and financial functions — from  bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting to statutory compliances including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Audits . You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations while supporting management with timely insights and analysis.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a  dynamic, fast-paced technology environment , takes ownership, and is passionate about building robust financial systems that enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage  day-to-day accounting operations , including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure  accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial closures , and prepare  financial statements  in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Oversee  GST, Income Tax, and TDS  compliances — including return preparation, payment, reconciliation, and statutory filings.
  • Handle  audit processes  and coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory audits.
  • Prepare and analyze  MIS reports, budgets, and financial summaries  to support business and management decisions.
  • Manage  banking operations  including fund flow management, payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities to  streamline accounting processes  and strengthen internal financial controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Operations, Procurement) for accounting and reporting accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • Educational Qualification :  B.Com  /  M.Com .
  • Experience :  6–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in an IT or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of  Accounting Standards (Ind AS) ,  GST laws ,  Income Tax ,  TDS , and  Audit procedures .
  • Proficiency in  accounting software  (such as Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems) and advanced skills in  MS Excel .
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to  meet deadlines  and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
