Job Description :
Shrihans Electricals Pvt Ltd (SEPL) is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and expanding our client base for power transformers and electrical reactors. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a strong ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients, managing inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and promote SEPL's products.
- Market SEPL’s power transformers and reactors to potential clients, building strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Handle a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and follow-through on all orders.
- Manage the complete sales process from client onboarding to order execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and addressing any customer service needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders and communicate order status and updates to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer feedback, contributing to SEPL’s growth and client expansion goals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transaction history to build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a marketing or client management role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner.Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client orders.Must have a degree of electrical engineering.
