Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

• Lead and motivate the retail sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Supervise daily store operations and sales floor activities.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and merchandising standards.
• Address and resolve customer queries and escalations professionally.
• Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with store management and brand teams to execute marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
