About the Role
Are you excited about empowering local businesses with the latest in AI and automation technology? Join us as a Sales Manager to drive adoption of our powerful suite of solutions—including AI assistants, VoIP tools, no-code platforms, and business automation systems.
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing, working closely with business owners and decision-makers. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where your contributions will directly shape the company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert SMB prospects through both outbound and inbound strategies
- Lead product demos and consultative conversations to understand and meet customer needs
- Own the full sales cycle : prospecting → qualifying → demoing → closing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform outreach strategies
- Maintain pipeline and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients for retention and expansion
What We're Looking For
4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech salesStrong experience selling into the SMB sector (retail, restaurants, service-based businesses)Knowledge of or experience with VoIP tools, AI solutions, and no-code platformsProven ability to manage the complete sales cycle independentlyExcellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentNice to Have
