Job Description :

Teach English subject to students as per CBSE curriculum.

Prepare lesson plans assignments and conduct assessments.

Maintain discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Participate in school events meetings and other academic activities.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters Degree in English or relevant field.

Qualifications and Experience Essential Bachelors or Masters degree in English Literature English Language or a related field. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in English at the secondary or higher secondary level. Strong understanding of literary analysis stylistics and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Familiarity with or willingness to undergo training in the IB curriculum framework. Proficiency in technology for teaching and assessment. Ability to create engaging student-centered lessons. Desirable Prior experience teaching IBDP English (Language & Literature or Literature) HL / SL. IB Category 1 or 2 training certification. Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE English Language or Literature. Experience mentoring Extended Essay or other independent research projects. Experience working in international or multicultural schools. Involvement in creative arts writing or drama. Skills and Competencies
