Job description5+ years localization project management experience for the Project Manager role. 2+ years for the project coordinator role. Strong technical capability : familiarity with TMS and CAT tools. Outstanding communication skills. Excellent customer service focus. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. English fluency, verbal and written. Chinese fluency, written and verbal, is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities
- Help the sales team develop custom solutions for prospects and clients.
- Prepare quotes, schedules, and project plans for new and existing customers.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with your assigned customers.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet quality, budget, and deadline expectations.
- Own and be responsible for your project's financials.
- Understand how to use CAT and TMS tools to automate tasks effectively.
